August 28 & September 4 (Saturdays mornings) and Sept 1 (Wednesday evening) - 7:00pm - 8:30pm:
This is the right time - the Fall Gardening planting time is upon us now, and more so through Sept. - a great time to learn by doing it, then going home to do your own, and enjoying the bounty of fall veggies through late Nov./early Dec. Help us and your friends/neighbors with the Grow Local Food movement in Austin/C-TX.
Location: Baha'i Center at 2215 E. EM Franklin Ave. Easy/convenient - just off of Manor Rd at entrance to old Airport, or 1/3 mi. north of MLK and EM Franklin. Easy from IH-35 at Manor Rd. exit; easy from 183 MLK exit. check-in/register at 7:45, svp/pfv; dress cool and to work; bring water bottle, etc. Please re-confirm your enrollment and attendance when you receive a confirmation request from Event-Brite in the next day or two.
