Event Description
This Saturday Eden's Cove Farm (in Cedar Creek TX) will be hosting a Poultry Processing Day. It's an opportunity for people to bring their own birds and do their first slaughter with the support and advice of others in the same boat. This is not a class, I expect we can all read and learn the steps. This is a chance to practice knowing that there will be others there to help you out. There is no fee. If you want to practice but don't have birds ready you're welcome to come and observe and help others with their birds. Socializing and pot luck to follow. Email me for more information.
