Hi Shelley, I too am having trouble with my tomatoes. I don't know if it's the soil in the part of the garden I'm using, or the tomatoes or what! My father-in-laws are doing what yours are. just sitting there, and very small at that. I'm not sure why, they get full sun, adequate water, just don't know.
mine actually seem to have a virus or something. they just curled up. they are still green and growing but all the leaves and branches have just curled up tight. I'm going to toss them out and try again with some heat wave and celebrity in a new spot. Heat wave is supposed to make a good second planting. but this just breaks my heart, these were my heirlooms, and so far, I've yet to bring heirlooms to fruit. I think it is my soil, but what it is I don't know. I'm thinking of trying my hand at grafting, that way I can get the resistance I need and the heirlooms I want! You might try some red plastic mulch, we don't need it for the heat retention (haha) but the color is supposed to help tomatoes turn red better and mature faster. Just a thought.

Hi! Is anyone else having problems with tomatoes this year? Last year, we couldn't tame them! This year, they sit on the vipe, aren't turning red, and just... wither... or don't produce!
