Bok Choy

This bok choy (variety Toy Choi) is late to the party. Planted in February, and supposedly 30 days to harvest, it is just now doing anything at all. Which is strange, because it's a cool weather veggie... and Austin temps have been in the high 80s. Whatever -- If they're happy, I'm happy!
