What would you like to get out of FOOGS?
I would like to learn more about Foogs and the vision behind this great concept. Will Austin have multiple Foog networks or one large one?

The water tank is great! Too bad most of the rain headed towards Austin. Sent it back!!! I'll send photos as soon as I can. I've got chicks hatching left and right. One guinea hatched 10 last week...another one is hatching today in one of the kennels.... the first two were Barred Rock chickens. Apparently a chicken laid eggs in her nest. Yet another guinea that I thought had been the victim of a predator was actually been sitting on eggs in the field in a hidden location and will probably hatch before Saturday. Spent all weekend building temporary cages. Help!!!!! I now have 5 week old Melanistic pheasants and the pheasant hen is already working on another nest. As for the garden, it has been doing well. We've had tomatoes, collards, broccoli, lettuce (three kinds) carrots, corn, squash and onions. It will soon be time to dig everything up and start the winter garden. It's been a busy busy summer! I can hardly start networking on FOOGS...gotta have a way to trade off excess. I'll be going to the Farmer's Market this Saturday to spread the word.
