Nice! Is it hard to can on an electric stove? I've always used a gas stove and I adjust the temp. by looking at the flames! I think I'd have trouble keeping a pressure canner at the right pressure on an electric stove-top without LOTS of practice! I see you have a water-bath canner and a pressure canner. Me, too!
