For Our Own Goods - FOOGS

I really enjoy growing herbs and vegetables. I do my best not to use chemicals in my garden but I sometimes find that being organic can be a ton of work. I am an average everyday normal guy, I like to keep it simple. I am not the type who is going to check the PH balance in my soil, I need simple, easy solutions. I would enjoy hearing tips from others on how to keep it simple.
Cheers!

Mark,
Great question. I think there are a lot of people that probably share your sentiment. The first thing I am going to do is copy this post to the discussion forum so people can get a healthy discussion. The second thing I would say is organic can actually be LESS work. Trying to determine the types of chemicals you DON'T want your kids to ingest can be less work than simply without any harmful chemicals. Additionally, there is typically an organic solution for just about situation where you might otherwise use a chemical. Anyone else have a thought on this?
