Thanks for Joining FOOGS. We have a lot of interest in El Paso and I am excited to help grow our presence there. the problem in each market is that it takes someone that wants to be a community leader to move it forward and get interest and growth. El Paso is especially challenging (moreso than Dallas, etc) because people like the idea, but it's harder to mobilize them. I think the more active you are on the site, the more info you will get out of the membership for gardening, prepping, etc. and the more you will be able to have local support...
