I would like to share this link with everybody:

it is a short video from Oprah's show -- not a show I watch -- that features Michael Pollan, the author of The Omnivore's Dilemma. The show was probably a good one, at one point they show Food Rule #27 in the background. I would watch the episode if I knew how to access it. In the meantime, what the two discuss is like a synopsis of the book or a codifying of what I think this site is all about. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it does speak to where I am coming from and, paradoxically enough, also hope to get to at some point. Safer eating. Never has this been more important.

I hope y'all give this a chance.
